Frequently asked questions
The questions enterprises ask us most before starting an AI engagement. Don't see yours? Get in touch — we'll give you a straight answer.
What does a typical engagement look like?
Most engagements follow our seven-step process: discovery, an AI opportunity assessment, solution design and roadmap, a tightly scoped pilot, production implementation, training and adoption, and continuous improvement. You decide whether to continue at every gate, based on evidence — not promises.
How long before we see results?
A readiness assessment and roadmap typically takes 4–6 weeks. Pilots usually run 6–12 weeks and are scoped to prove value against metrics agreed in advance. Production rollouts vary with integration complexity, but we deliver in short cycles so you see working software early and often.
How do you price your work?
Assessments and roadmaps are fixed-price. Pilots and implementations are scoped and quoted before we start, with clear deliverables and success metrics. We don’t bill open-ended time and materials without a defined outcome attached to it.
Does our data need to be in perfect shape first?
No — and waiting for perfect data is one of the most common reasons AI programs stall. Data readiness is part of the assessment: we identify what each use case actually requires, and where gaps exist we design the remediation into the roadmap rather than treating it as a blocker.
Which AI vendors and tools do you work with?
We are technology-agnostic. We work across the major cloud and model providers as well as open-source options, and we recommend based on your requirements, existing stack, security constraints, and budget — not partnerships or resale margins.
How do you handle security and confidentiality?
Privacy, security, and governance are built into our architectures from day one. We work within your security and compliance requirements, sign NDAs as standard, and build guardrails, audit trails, and human oversight into every system where it matters.
Do you advise, or do you build?
Both — and deliberately so. Strategy is written by the same practitioners who will be accountable for building it, which keeps recommendations honest and implementable. We can stop at the roadmap if that’s all you need, but we never hand over a plan we wouldn’t be willing to build ourselves.
What happens after go-live?
We train your teams, hand over documentation, and support the change management that turns a launch into adoption. AI systems evolve, so we also offer continuous improvement: monitoring performance, retraining models as data shifts, and expanding what works into new workflows. The goal is always that you own the capability.
Which industries do you cover?
Our consultants have shipped AI systems to production in finance, healthcare, retail, manufacturing, and logistics. The process itself is industry-agnostic — see our Industries page for how it applies to your sector.
How do we get started?
Send us a message through the contact page and tell us where you are on your AI journey. If you’re not sure where to start, ask about our AI readiness assessment — it’s the fastest way to find out where AI can create real value in your business.
